Items are shipped within 2-3 days of order being placed. Pre-order items are estimated to begin shipping between December 2024 to January 2025. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout except on items with free shipping.

License Plate Safe is currently only available to customers in contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Canada.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@licenseplatesafe.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please note that should an item on a "free delivery" order be returned or exchanged, the initial waived delivery charge and any subsequent delivery charges will be applied. The only exception is a packing error.

Licnese Plate Safe prides itself on quality control and does best to check all products to the best of our ability before they are sent out. If you feel you received a defective item please email us as soon as possible at hello@licenseplatesafe.com with your purchase details.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
